Marbled

Project Breakdown: research, photography of multiple locations, purposeful image editing, copy writing and editorial design.

Marbled is a personal photography project that explores the variety of geometric patterns and the raw materials used in the structures of Arthur Erickson in Vancouver, BC.

The light interacting with the architecture creates dramatic contrast, which translates the intent of the controversial movement. The project included research about the architect and style, photography of multiple locations, consistent photo editing that visually represents the strength of Brutalism, copy writing, book layout and print production.
